I have tried to purchase the Australian release of this title only to be told by the bookseller when they try to find it in the correct format that it is unavailable. I have had several other titles like that and normaly I look it up on bookdepositry.co.uk and find that it is available in the A format. Is it because Australians are charged $5 more for the privilige of buying a B paperback that the A format has been abandoned

Comments: This goes for pretty much the whole series so I’ve calculated the lost sale as the 11 unavailable books multiplied by the current price of 8.49 for the available books = 93.39 USD. At the moment only book 9 & 12 are available, more used to be available and I was able to buy the first book but it and the other books are no longer available in my region (although I’m not sure what that region is, if I search on Europe more books are shown than when I’m logged in, which I guess limit me to books available in Sweden?). I already own the first 12 books in physical form but since getting a e-reader and finding the reading experience superior I don’t want to go back to juggling a physical book. Eventually I will want to re-read the whole series though and hopefully they will be available by then. Until then I will have to find other books.
