Comments: My son has sepcial needs. I really wanted to purchase this book from Audible in an audiobook format. Unable to purchase from Audible due to publishing restrictions – so frustrating. Can buy in CD format but digital format much easier to navigate.

Comments: I receive emails from amazon, they include new books and books for preorder, I went to preorder the book at the ridiculous. Price of 14.99. But when you buy a book it takes you to the home web page and the price had jumped to over 18.00 . I contacted amazon, one fellow told me amazon does not send out emails, another told me the price fluctuates from the publisher, and yet another said yes they do send out emails. I’m confused why the price jump? Told it was added taxes, from another amazon person.

Comments: This is book from HarperCollins UK’s new Mischief imprint. I was interested in reading some of these titles. The ebook is $7.99 in US, but is on sale in UK for 1.99 GBP (~$3.20 USD). The price here is too high for a 280 pp book published by a new imprint, especially when it is on sale. Geographical restrictions are irksome as well. This gives me a bad impression of the entire line.

Comments: No longer following this author. Given up trying to buy eBooks from authors and publishers who don’t want my money. It is really disappointing not to be able to support them and buy their latest release in the format that I want to read it in. It is ridiculous in this day and age that geographical restrictions apply No eBook available for me to purchase on release date, no sale. There are plenty of other authors out there that publish books where geographical restrictions do not apply and I have found plenty of new-to-me authors to replace the ever increasing number of agency authors that I can now no longer buy and support.
