It’s All Greek To Me by Katie MacAlister

line

Preferred format: Digital
Attempted place of purchase: amazon
Reason for Lost Sale: Other Price & Penguin’s kindle library lending
Price of Lost Sale: 7.99 USD – US Dollar
Country of Lost Sale: United States
What you did instead: Borrowed a book from the library

Comments: 1. I won’t pay the print price for a digital copy. IMO, I’m being ripped off, and I don’t support businesses that do this to their consumers.

2. Penguin appears to not want consumers to read their library books in digital format. Personally, if I find an author I like from my library, I’ll buy all their books. But Penguin has now decided that they don’t want to offer digital library books to kindle owners with some lame excuse just because they don’t like amazon. Well, guess what, amazon treats me a lot better as a customer than Penguin ever has! On the up-side, ditching all the Penguin authors I like gives me more time to discover new (non-Penguin and non-Agency) authors.
